Katherine Shershniov, CPA, CMA, is an accounting and finance professional with experience across financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, operational analysis, and process improvement. A graduate of the Raymond A. Mason School of Business at William & Mary, she combines strong technical accounting knowledge with a practical, business-oriented approach.

She has partnered with leadership teams to improve financial visibility, strengthen controls, and support operational efficiency. Her work has included streamlining month-end close, building KPI and profitability reporting, and improving collaboration between finance and operations.
