Justin is a Senior Advisor at 2OS, joining in March 2024. Before 2OS, Justin worked 20 years at Citi. He started as an entry-level collector and eventually became a Sr. Vice President. Justin held several positions throughout his tenure including managing large collections operations teams, internal audit, operational risk, and analytics teams.  Following Citi, Justin spent 5 years as an SVP at Synchrony Financial where he led back-office functions, a process re-engineering team, a data and analytics group, and established an RCSA process. After Synchrony Justin spent 5 years in the fintech industry where he led collections, recovery, back-office, and customer service operations, managing strategy, risk mitigation, and vendor relations for both Upstart and SoFi. Justin has both a master’s and a bachelor’s degree in business administration. 

In his free time, Justin enjoys college athletics, British football (soccer), music, and spending time with his family. He has especially enjoyed recently becoming a grandfather.
