Kevin is the Chief Operating Officer of 2nd Order Solutions, where he leads the firm’s day-to-day operations and enterprise execution. He oversees client management, IT and technology strategy, staffing, risk management, marketing, and strategic growth initiatives. Kevin focuses on scaling the business thoughtfully, aligning people, process, and technology to drive consistent, high-impact outcomes for clients.

With more than 20 years of experience in financial services as both an operator and consultant, Kevin brings a practical, execution-oriented approach to leadership. Since joining 2OS, he has helped guide the firm’s expansion while leading complex client engagements for institutions ranging from fintechs to top 20 global banks. Prior to 2OS, Kevin held multiple leadership roles at Capital One across fraud strategy, enterprise risk oversight, and portfolio management. He is a graduate of Penn State University and resides in Richmond, Virginia.

Outside of work, Kevin and his wife, Lauren, prioritize an active lifestyle centered around their two young sons, balancing their love of sports with a dedicated focus on creative family play, from intricate LEGO builds to strategic games. Although he’ll gladly watch any live sporting event, Kevin is particularly passionate about Penn State football, Yankees baseball, Formula 1 racing, and Sunderland AFC. He also enjoys working out and exploring Richmond’s vibrant craft beer scene, where Triple Crossing’s Falcon Smash IPA is a go-to favorite.
