Jeff is a Senior Advisor at 2OS, joining in April 2024.  Prior to 2OS, Jeff led Fraud Strategy and Operations for USAA Bank, after joining USAA from Bank of the West, where Jeff had responsibility for Fraud, Collections, Recoveries, and KYC/AML Operations.  Prior to that, Jeff applied his analytical skillset and served as a Credit Officer across a variety of roles in Capital One’s Credit Card and Retail Bank divisions.  Jeff graduated from the University of Texas and holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.

In his free time, you can find Jeff kayaking on Ladybird Lake in Austin, Texas, where he lives with his wife, and their two adopted children.
