Luke is a Senior Manager, Business Analytics at 2OS, having joined in July 2026. He brings more than fifteen years of experience across pricing, credit, and retail analytics, with a particular strength in translating quantitative work into decisions clients can act on.

Prior to 2OS, Luke was a Senior Manager, Data Science at CarMax, and before that Head of Data Science at VALD, where he built the company’s data science and engineering function from the ground up. Earlier, he spent more than three years at Affirm leading a merchant pricing analytics team, partnering with the credit, capital markets, fraud, and servicing functions to develop valuation frameworks for new merchant partnerships. He began his career as a consultant at Quantium, where he delivered data science solutions for banking and insurance clients in Australia and the US.

Luke graduated from Queensland University of Technology with First Class Honors in Mathematics, and qualified as an Associate of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia.

Outside of work, Luke enjoys spending time outdoors – running, swimming, hiking, and playing for one of Richmond’s few cricket teams.
